Where is the hotel located?
The hotel address is 95 Avenue de la Muzelle. After entering resort on Avenue de la Muzelle the hotel is on your right after 1km just before a roundabout with flagpoles on and just above The Secret Bar.
Which is the closest airport?
The best airport to fly into is Grenoble.
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
There are a few companies that offer transfers:

Alternatively you can hire a car.
How do I get from the bus stop to the hotel?
Bens Bus & Transaltitude - get off at the last stop 'Place 2 Alpes - Smokey Joes'. To walk to the hotel only takes a few minutes. Walk up the road you have just driven down, take first road on your right and then at the end turn left onto Avenue de la Muzelle, you will find the hotel on your right after 200m.
Transisere - get off at the last stop. Walk up the small hill away from the Casino supermarket, turn right onto Avenue de la Muzelle you will find the hotel on your left after 200m.
Is there parking at the hotel?
There is no private parking, only on-street parking, free of charge.
How far to the main lifts?
To all the main lifts it will take approximately 4 minutes on foot. There is a free resort bus with a stop just outside the hotel.
How far is the closest lift?
There is a chairlift that takes you to the 'Pied Moutet' side of the mountain only a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Can I buy ski passes at the hotel?
We are unable to sell ski passes through the hotel.
How can I buy ski passes?
You can buy you ski passes when you arrive from the lift pass office which is a 4 minute walk away. Alternatively you can buy them on-line www.skipass-2alpes.com and collect them from the pass office when you arive.
Ski and board hire?
We recommend Ski Republic, they are just next door to the hotel and offer a great 2 for 1 discount. To pre-book (advisable) go to www.hotel-le-cret.com/4.html

I have special dietary requirements?
Our chef is used to dealing with most special dietary requirements. When booking with us please complete the booking form advising us of of any specific needs.
What time is check-in and check-out of the hotel?
The rooms are ready by 4pm on the day of your arrival, and we ask you to vacate the room by 10am on the day of your departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel should you arrive or depart after these times.
I will be arriving late at the hotel is it still possible to check in?
Roberto is normally at the hotel until 11.30pm, after that we have a night porter who will be able to let you in and show you to your room.
Dinner is served at 7.45pm.
Are there televisions in the rooms?
There are no tv's in the rooms but we do have Sky tv in the bar lounge area with the full sports, movie package.
Is there wifi available at the hotel?
There is wifi available to all our guests free of charge. This may not work in all the rooms, as the signal may not be strong enough, but you are welcome to use this in our lounge and bar area anytime you choose.
Childcare in Les 2 Alpes?

Their English is very basic.
