Prices are based on full room occupancy by adult customers, for children discounts see below.

HALF BOARD PRICES INCLUDE:

* Breakfast buffet:                                                                                                                                         freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat, bread, toast, butter, biscuits, jam, honey, nutella, selection  of Italian and French cold meat and cheese, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and muesly, boiled eggs, filter coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruit juices and a hot option like porridge or scrambled eggs etc.

* Afternoon tea of homemade cakes and biscuits, bread, butter, biscuits, jam, honey, nutella, filter coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

* Three/four course Italian and international style dinner and salad buffet                                                          (6 nights a week, no dinner served tuesday night (kitchen staff night off). 

* Towels change mid week and daily service of rooms.

Not included in price:

* 1.5% supplement for credit/debit card payments

* Booking fee, 4€ per person.

* Taxe de Sejour payable together with the booking fee,  0.50€  per adult/night.

* Double/twin room occupied by 2 adults: normal  price.

* Double/twin room occupied by 1 adult, discount 25% off the room price.

* 1 Baby 0 - 3 years old,  when sharing a double room with 2 paying adults stays for free (with cot supplied).

* 1 Baby 0 - 3 years old,  when sharing a double room with 1 paying adult, discount 20% off the room price.  (with cot supplied).

* 1 child 3 to 9 yers old, when sharing a double room with 2 paying adults, supplement of 30% to the room price. (with third bed added in the room). 

* 1 child 3 to 9 yers old, when sharing a double room with 1 paying adult, discount 10% off the room price.  (with third bed added in the room). 

* 2 children 3 to 9 yers old, when sharing a double room with 1 paying adult, standard room price.               (with third bed added in the room). 

Discounts and supplements applicable to quadruple room prices:

* Quad room occupied by 4 adults: normal  price.

* Quad room occupied by 3 adults: discount 10% off room price.

* Quad room occupied by 2 adults: discount 20% off room price.

* Quad room occupied by 3 adults and 1 child under 9: discount 5% off room price.

* Quad room occupied by 2 adults and 2 children under 9: discount 10% off room price.

* Quad room occupied by 1 adults and 3 children under 9: discount 15% off room price.

* Quad room occupied by 1 adult and 2 children under 9: discount 20% off room price.

* Quad room occupied by 2 adults and 1 child under 9: discount 15% off room price.
